Our personal service begins with your first enquiry and extends through your whole trip.
The Temple of Princess (Gunjiin Sum) is located in natural reserve of Khentii Mountain Range from 120 km east from Ulaanbaatar passing through wonderful natural landscape including colourful forests, rocky mountains, wide open valleys and rivers. The trail starts in the Terelj National Park, part of the Khentii National Protected Area. This ride trails through remote, unpopulated country so riders most probably will not encounter people. In this wonderful countryside we can offer you some first class horse riding. We will provide a skilled horseman whilst remaining a kind, caring and attentive host.

DAY 1. Ulaanbaatar transfer to Terelj National Park
You will be transferred by mini-van to Terelj National Park. This 90 km transfer will take approximately 1.5 hours located right in the middle of the Khentii Mountain Range. Settle into your room at a traditional ger (yurt) tourist camp in Terelj. After lunch, riders are scheduled to have a briefing with our staff including riding guide who will lead your horse trekking and exercise short practice of riding.

DAY 2. Ride to Sambar
After breakfast, you will be driven about 10 minutes to meet the horses. A brief introduction and saddle up. Set off riding towards the Bayan River and we'll reach there before lunch. Ride across the river then 4 hours ride and on to camp set up. Have your dinner by the fire and spend the evening reliving your adventure with those in your family, friends or group.

DAY 3. Ride to Temple of Princess
The day will begin by continuing further east to the beautiful natural landscapes of the Khentii mountains. We will ride to the Temple of Princess which is surrounded by mountain forest and edged with grassy meadows with wild flowers.

DAY 4. Ride to Blue Stone River
Wake up to a new day and after a hearty breakfast saddle and pack up the horses for another day of adventure. Riding in the mountains enjoy the amazing views. Our destination is the Upper Blue Stone River and here we make our camp for the night.

DAY 5. Ride to Terelj National Park
Time to leave Peacock Valley and ride on to Nuurent Steppe. Another 25 km ride across wide open steppe so that it provides a great opportunity to canter or trout to get there in time for dinner.

DAY 6. Transfer from Terelj NP to UB
After breakfast drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Visit Bogd Khan Palace, shop Gobi cashmere shop before enjoying an evening concert of National Folklore. Then you have and enjoy a farewell dinner from us. Overnight at the hotel.
